Clients should know that I don’t see myself as the final puzzle piece in your life; you are the expert of your own experience. My role is to offer guidance, skills, and perspective, but the direction we take is always informed by your goals and what resonates with you. The best therapeutic tools are the ones that make sense in the context of your lived experience.

In 2011, I completed a Masters of Arts in Counselling and have since been working in the field at the university level, non-for-profit and private practice settings. My experience includes coming alongside people who are struggling with anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem, eating disorders, grief and loss, and childhood trauma. I have a particular passion for working with adolescents and women, and joining with them to overcome the issues they bring to therapy.
