My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can better understand yourself and your relationships without judgment. Together, we focus on insight and practical tools that help you create meaningful, lasting change.
My goal is to help you identify and understand the underlying emotional patterns that may be holding you back. Whether you’re grappling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, or working through grief, I’m here to support you in making meaningful progress toward your goals. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, develop coping strategies.
I became a psychotherapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s stories and helping them feel truly seen and supported. I believe we all deserve a space where we can speak openly, heal, and grow without judgment.
What I find most meaningful is witnessing clients feel truly seen and supported as they grow. Being trusted to sit with people in vulnerable moments and helping them discover their own strength and capacity for change is incredibly rewarding.

My therapy philosophy is grounded in unconditional positive regard. I see each person as inherently valuable and deserving of compassionate support.
Clients should know that I don’t see myself as the final puzzle piece in your life; you are the expert of your own experience. My role is to offer guidance, skills, and perspective, but the direction we take is always informed by your goals and what resonates with you. The best therapeutic tools are the ones that make sense in the context of your lived experience.
I chose to become a therapist because therapy offered me a safe space to be honest and vulnerable without judgment during a challenging period in my life. I aim to offer that same environment to my clients, one that combines emotional support with practical guidance to help navigate life’s complexities.
Being part in a client’s journey towards self-advocacy and making meaning where hope was once lost is the best part of my job.

I approach therapy with warmth, presence, and genuine care. I view the therapeutic process as deeply relational, where connection and collaboration support meaningful change. I also view clients as the experts in their own lives, and I work to create a space where their insight, strengths, and lived experience guide the work we do together.
I believe therapy is relational, and connection and attunement are central to healing. The pace is always individualized—moving at a speed that feels safe and sustainable for you. When appropriate, I also bring in mindfulness and gentle awareness practices to support insight, regulation, and growth.
I believe in people’s resilience and capacity for growth. I chose this work because I feel it is an honor and a privilege to witness and support people as they uncover and reclaim their own strength and autonomy. Being part of that process—seeing someone make sense of their experiences and reconnect with their inner resources—is deeply meaningful and inspires me every day.
The most meaningful part of this work is seeing clients gain clarity and reclaim agency in their lives. Being part of that process is deeply rewarding.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client centred. I believe that every individual has unique strengths and the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.
I take an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and values. I commonly draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and work toward meaningful goals. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I work alongside clients to identify challenges, build on strengths, and develop practical strategies for lasting change.
I chose this profession because I am passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and helping them build healthier, more fulfilling lives. The most rewarding part of my work is seeing clients gain confidence, discover their strengths, improve their well-being, and achieve meaningful personal growth.

I incorporate a flexible and progressive approach to therapy by putting the client’s needs first and providing a space that anyone can feel welcomed and secure. My goal is to provide a safe space to work through any of life’s difficulties and ensure progress can be made towards client goals.
I am always open to new perspectives and approaches to therapy, and will always try my best to cater to your specific needs. I chose this profession out of a strong desire to make the world a better place than I found it by helping others.
Seeing a client find their inner strength and feel empowered is the most meaningful part of being a therapist.
I am currently a practicum student and intern with the team and offer sessions at a reduced rate of $100. This helps make therapy more accessible and affordable.
